Yeah, I think DFFOO and SOP set a precedent that it can still feel like Dissidia to have characters interacting/being in settings familiar to us but not them, without being a fighting game

But I still hope they realize how the Switch 2 can combine thr best elements of the PSP games and NT

Update: Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game appears to have been revived following the initial cancellation from Maximum Entertainment.

It is now being developed/published by Gameplay Group International, who are also now the publishers for Them’s Fightin’ Herds/Diesel Legacy.

I know it gets praise as some of the best narrative use of Disney worlds in Kingdom Hearts, but seemingly very little of it is because of the plots of the movies themselves
