This is equivalent to saying, "Sure, he murdered dozens of people, but he didn't choose his victims in advance or carefully plan each killing. Just, every once in a while, he felt the urge and killed somebody at random. So, sure, it's not good, but it's not as bad a real first-degree murderer."
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

I don't care how crazy the real life Roseanne has ended up being. The sitcom character she created is unquestionably one of the top 20 female sitcom characters of all time. I'd even say top 5. Her omission from this list fully invalidates it

Our survival depends on building democratic coalitions. Hardline Christian Nationalists think their approach is divinely authorized & plan to impose their will thru institutional capture (& are close to it with P2025)
The only answer is a diverse, pro-dem coalition united by commitment to pluralism.

1 Great thing about the max exodus of librarians from Twitter is that we were spared inevitable, thin-skinned reactions to GEICO's depiction of librarians as 'drunk with power' shushers.

Yall know as well as I do had that commercial dropped in 2015 librarytwitter wouldve had a predictable meltdown
