Funny how a band of musicians can turn "some" people into literal cry babies. Mike can dish it out, but could not take it.

RUSH is an extremely talented band, which is why I have loved their music for over 40 years, but even they would not appreciate "Fanatics" like Mike who appears "unstable."

I understand what you are saying. I think a memorial like what you mentioned would have been more appropriate.

Many people out there have made Gods out of them, which even they do not like, and I think that plays a part in how others look at them. I love their music, but that's about it.

What a ridiculous conclusion. I have been a fan of the music of Rush since 1980. I'm happy with what they achieved with Neil for 40 years. So because some of us have a different opinion that differs from you or others we are being cast out.

I would think you would know better. Apparently not!

Same here. I love that album, also his collaboration with Steve Hackett on Squackett and Billy Sherwood with Conspiracy. His high Bass tones made him very unique in the way that he played.

They certainly could be considered the best, or one of the best. I have seen them numerous times and the way they played was like nobody else. They are almost in a genre of their own.
Rick is the best keyboard player, Steve is so versatile and Chris is very unique and Alan White was underrated.

I understand that part. I also understand that many musicians just don't know when to quit and be grateful for being able to go out on a high note. They had a phenomenal run, but evidently that is not good enough for them. I am not going to lose sleep over it, it is just my two cents worth.

I personally think it is a mistake.

1. It will never be RUSH without Neil.
2.They are thinking of themselves and not the fans.
3.They could have just allowed it to end gracefully, but this will change their legacy.
