Dear #MUWomen, I don't think my nerves can stand another two weekends of this.

Please could you kill off games early for the rest of this season, please and Thank You. 😆

If you want a televisual "pick me up" with everything going on in the world at present, please watch the first two episodes of the new ITV series #TheAssembly.

I loved the pilot that was shown on BBC with Michael Sheen and these two episodes with Danny Dyer and David Tennant...

Watching the Wigan Warriors v Salford game on iPlayer and with the way the weather's looking, where the hell was this weather when I was freezing my ass off at the LSV this lunchtime?

🥶😆

Decent start to the second half after a rather uninspiring first half for #MUWomen.

Now we're two up, we need...

How many bloody adverts are needed on Sky for WSL games??????

If a spectator dropped a fart, there'd be bloody adverts to mark the event!!!!

@warr10rs.bsky.social perfectly summed up this weekend sporting wise. Basically he said, "This weekend's been a bit 💩 from a sports point of view."

It has, bro... It has.

Things you like to see at the #UKIndoorChamps -

Emily Borthwick with a massive grin on her face on the podium.

Well Done Emily!!!!

Poetic justice I'd say with Palace's goalie and one of her teammates colliding to allow Queen Elisabeth the space she needed to get that goal.

Granted. The officiating at the #MUWomen game has been.... interesting to say the least.

That said, since the first goal we've been passive to the point of narcolepsy.

Assert yourselves United!!!!!

A request to Tim Hutchings - You can be disappointed FOR an athlete without sounding like you're slating them.

Molly was injured at Paris, but Tim's sounding like Basil Fawlty with "We won't mention Paris."

I remember watching The Box Of Delights back in 1984 and loved every episode.

After having the DVD version for roughly 20 years, I'm happy to get my hands on the Blu Ray version for the 40th anniversary.

Looking forward to watching it again.

Just got back from seeing @wickedmovie at my local @cineworld.

Seen the musical twice and was wondering if it would translate to cinema.

It does... And then some.

All performances were fantastic, especially Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande.

The direction by Jon M Chu is beautiful.

Just got back from my local Cineworld after seeing #PaddingtonInPeru.

A worthy 3-quel combining the humour & heart of the first two.

A fantastic escape from recent events. Loved it.

Shame that I didn't have a supply of Marmalade Sandwiches.

PS - Stay until the credits end.

Got back from seeing Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story.

Definitely lives up to that phrase "Not all heroes wear capes".

A fantastic and moving film on an inspirational human being.

If you can, go and see it.

Having heard about Bluesky from "the other place", thought I'd give it a go in case everyone decides to exit it.

Hopefully, it doesn't end up like the big Mastadon experiment which lasted all of a weekend.
