This almost-cover version is used in Alien Earth. It's nice and well-executed, but misses that visceral guitar (by Eddie Hazel) of the original. From what I've seen there is no credit given to the original despite its similarity.

You have no excuse... this album, and this track in particular, got played to death back in 1994. A terrific version of the Muddy Waters classic. Percy Strother (the singer) would go on to release through JSP.

Snowy also learned a lot from Peter Green and the solo here is his, although I think I can discern Peter noodling quietly. Sadly, Peter wasn't at all confident at this point and his skills still hadn't recovered even to the level they reached towards the end of his career.

Such a fine and underrated guitarist. He played an amazing solo on Pink Floyd's "Animals" album, but it was only on the 8-track cartridge version (Yes, really...!!!!). If you know the track, it will surprise you, if you want to jump straight in, go to 1:24

Yes, all decent and sensible inhabitants of this country do realise that we can enjoy celebrating an Anglo-Saxon King without needing to paint bad crosses all over the place or incorrectly hang flags. The point was indeed that politics had no place there and unless we point that out, we allow it.

One of the best blues performances I've seen (and I've seen a few over the years) and with Doyle Bramhall backing you up and knocking out that Otis Rush riff in the backing as well. Finally, that iconic shot of the crowd in his sunglasses. Don't get better than that.
