Had a date night with @devillo.bsky.social where we saw the Iron Lung movie! I have only watched a little bit of Markiplier's playthroughs, but even going into it blind I really liked it! I had so many theories and questions lol. I love ambiguous, psychological, cosmic horror.

An artist I follow mentioned they never really got into the anime, but loved the manga and tbh same. I never really got into the CCS anime, or the Sailor Moon anime and it's other adaptations... Criminal, I know. But the manga was so magical and beautiful and influenced my desire to make comics

I...was never a really big fan of the TV show. I do not have much nostalgia for the 90's show, other than the music, for story choices & b/c my mom wouldn't let me watch much TV lol
but the MANGA??? the manga changed my brain chemistry, the art still has my soul

I want to go out more this year, spend more time exploring and enjoying what there is in the area I live in. The idea of having to do most, if not all of it alone, though, is really intimidating to me. Especially as a female-bodied person who doesn't have a car.
