A lot of folks are waking up this morning to the buzz about the Cal at Hokies game last night and wondering what they missed.

You missed a lot! Imagine a bumper car ride turning into a roller coaster...

www.yahoo.com/news/article... Anybody wondering why so many young people are unhappy these days should read this
Suzy Welch says Gen Z and millennials are burnt out because older generations worked just as hard, but they ‘had hope’
"We believed that if you worked hard, you were rewarded for it," Welch said. "This is the disconnect."

I just researched the 2024 Virginia Tech @ Miami game.

It says so much about that team and the season they had. All of their strengths and weaknesses laid bare.

History tells us via many examples that governments, no matter how much they profess otherwise, do not trust their people with the truth.

Guess what always seems to happen when the suppressed information becomes public.

My daughter has taken up making stained glass objects in her spare time. This is a portrait of her dog. Not bad for a first attempt.

Traveling on I95 to visit family for The Fourth. There are some pretty aggressive drivers out here, both in automobiles and on motorcycles. A favored move appears to be accelerating to cut into the tiniest gaps between vehicles to change lanes

Be careful out there.

Party ribs done on my Camp Chef. A bit of a miss as I forgot to refill the hopper after a pre cook burn in and as a result ran out of pellets mid-cook. They look okay, but ended up a bit dry after finishing in the oven.

"Grapes in a hurricane"
February 10, 2025 at 9:55 AM
I like the Eagles today. They are brash, hard nosed, are seeking retribution, have the largest O-line in the NFL, and have the only NFL home stadium with an on-site jail.

They are the one team prepared to play old school NFL football. I want them to treat the Chiefs like a grapes in a hurricane.
