it involves a themepark but before Pip joined the UIS (Union of Independent Systems, still shoptalking the concept of it) he blew up he trashed an entire amusement park because he was too short, he got angry because they didn't let him on a roller coaster when wearing his 6ft tall battle suit.

Yeahhhh, also depends how long you run and how intense. I've noticed less bloating when I to sprinting increments which is exhausting but REALLY satisfying. Could perhaps try running a mile or two on your running days, add points of time where you sprint for a long as you can then walk and repeat

yea there's some fat on the body you have to work SUPER hard on to get rid of. slight changes in diet, more fiber, less calories, etc etc, big ol' list of annoying things to do. Also going super hard on cardio.
