Biden made a couple of significant mistakes, but he was, by far, a better president and a better man than T, and a president consistent with the vision of what the US aspires to be.

I will offer my own terse opinion: "In a working society, we decide where we want to go, not a mindless tool." And I might add, it is those banal use cases that will cause the most harm.

SCOTUS, since 2004, has completely perverted the regulation of firearms in the US by making up something the constitution doesn't say. Any sane person reading the second amendment knows that it applies to state militias, not individuals.

SCOTUS is the problem: "On this week’s episode of Amicus, co-hosts Dahlia Lithwick and Mark Joseph Stern discuss how Good’s killing was not an aberration, but the logical end point of the administration’s theory of power—one fortified by the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity decision" --Slate

Just another day at SCOTUS. If we want this country to be recognizable in a few years, we must fix this court and bring it in line with the results of most federal courts. The design of the court is fatally flawed and must be corrected.

The Supreme Court could erase decades of progress for Black voters
If upheld by the Supreme Court, as seems likely, the challenge to Section 2 would turn the Voting Rights Act on its head.
