||: So this is all headcanon, but I will say T. Ocellus is capable of harnessing a creature's natural capabilities, like a speedster superspeed/mutation, but if its host knows magic, or is blessed with like a power item/totem, ie Lantern ring/mjolnir, it can't utilize it.
