The Browns have elevated CB Tre Avery from the practice squad for tomorrow's game with Pittsburgh.

No Zappe elevation means the Browns are rolling with just 2 QBs tomorrow. Fwiw, the emergency 3rd QB has to be part of the 53 so Zappe would have to be signed for that role.
