Every session I complete with this title leaves my gaming appetite satisfied; bare bones story with fun cut-scenes that lets you be a demon-slaying ninja, gore, limbs, a plethora of weapons, great updated graphics, and challenging yet accessible creative boss fights. Simple structure, solid loop.

So far Ninja Gaiden Black is a lot of fun. Took some getting used to but I'm hooked to the gameplay loop and the boss fights are a blast, as well as a challenge. Was not expecting such a variety of weapons and the gore is phenomenal!

Currently downloading Ninja Gaiden 2 Black. Never played the original.
