Oof, that was ugly but it’s a start - told my therapist my goal was to get one 30min ride in before our next appointment. The judgmental side eye from my new workout buddy didn’t help though 👀

New puppy followed by said puppy having a solid 5 months of health issues last year meant I went from riding 100+ miles/week to zero all year.

neighborhood is great, and perfect place for a variety of different walks with Stella. Rent increase is a mere 2%/year which is peanuts.
Completely lucked out. Saw the listing 30 mins after it got posted and were the first people to jump on it.

Yep. Old place was jacking up our rent over 12% and we’ve had so many issues with the staff in the year we’ve been there. Complete asshats.
Found this house and it’s almost $1k/mo less than what we would’ve paid had we stayed. And we have twice the square footage, it’s in a very quiet area

Moved house. She’s so excited and has so much room for happy zoomies 🥰 This park is her absolute favorite place to go on adventures so we really lucked out.

Love having Black Hill Regional Park as our new back yard. Trail entrance is about 1/4 mile from the house and we have a lake view 🥰
