So Zain is terrified of him, and most of the cultists fears Victor and others despise him, Victor is immortal For his dark arcane and magical knowledge, but his body is obviously old, Can fight/ do battle but not for long for his health and old age. Why? Determined to fulfill his duty as a deputy cultist.
