Always interesting watching people online hoping for the housing market to crash thinking that they will suddenly be able to afford one. The same economic forces that keep them from affording one now will very much still be present in the case of a big crash. Housing doesn't crash in a vacuum.

I think one of the most annoying modern enshittification things that doesn't actually matter that much is having to have an account inside another account.
Concert tickets? Log in to Ticketmaster, choose seats, oh you have to log into Livenation *inside* Ticketmaster.
Hulu brought 2 u by Netflix.

It's annoying how good Apple's airtag stuff is. For example the airpods having it in both the case and each earbud is genius. Sucks that none of the 3rd party stuff can do it. I'd love a solution for quickly finding my headphones when I leave them somewhere stupid.

I recovered my old (like 15+ years) Pandora account and all my old channels etc are still there. Almost no matter which one you pick it mostly plays Rob Thomas/Matchbox Twenty but I'm kinda here for it???

I had the classic "unprepared for class" dream the other night, except I was in training to be a fighter pilot and I was supposed to fly my F/A-18 to class (it was out in the driveway) except I couldn't remember if I knew how to fly it or if I was supposed to have a uniform.

Something I really miss from New England is the junk food. Specifically like Steak and Cheese (not the same as cheesesteak), chicken tenders, greek style pizza. None of my "feeling down, I want some comfort food" favorites exist out here at all.

I can't believe it's been 20 years and still nobody has figured out how to do customizable learning music streaming as well as Pandora did from the get-go.
