Regular Dude character doodles

A sketch of Dr. Fly's mecha crab. Dr fly is piloting the crab mech, annoyed that he keeps missing whilr trying to get Robot Kid with his giant claws, while Robot Kid is effortlessly dodging his attacks, mockingly flying around in a relaxed pose, with a little smug grin on his face.

Got inspired by the amazing Screw-on head to try and replicate Mike Mignola's style of lighting

It's pretty cool
Would be a lot of work to animate, but I would love to do something similar for a horror episode of Regular Dude one day

Making rigs is lowkey cool. Idk it just makes my brain go into the "Checking easy tasks off the checklist" mode, that's kinda rewarding. Only for one or two rigs tho. Idk if I wanna do it again. Or if I wanna go into more complex rigging. These are really rudimentary.

This is nuts. This whole pilot just makes me wanna make an IRL OC, BUT I GOTTA DO WORK GAAHHHHH
I'll be rewatching it many times over. One day I WILL become the BEST artist, my IRL WILL have the most aura, and I WILL get my own cartoon, WITH OR WITHOUT BUDGET.
