Just discovered wafrn 98 theme, I used to use the cohost 98 theme so immediate switch for me lol

The closest I am aware of is cafe dot, I am not super active there but they seem welcoming and have lots of prompts and stuff. Be aware you need to be active for a creator's role though, but you can join prompts without needing the role.
