In the video, the only ICE thug who was close to the front of the victim's car as she took off and was subsequently murdered by him is seen walking about the crime scene completely unharmed later on. Not even his uniform is damaged.

A video shot from a better angle clearly shows the car's wheels steering to the right, in order to drive PAST the ICE thug, NOT AT him, as he shoots her. Case is clear: This is murder.

Additionally, regarding the lies circulating around the video, it must be noted that one male witness in the very video can be heard yelling "You're just gonna murder someone?!" in response to the ICE thug's shots. He wouldn't have yelled that if the ICE thug had acted in self-defense.
