Went to a doctor today and got a mental health screener

He said I have Burnout

Which a part of me was like “yeah tell me something I don’t know”

But mostly I was relieved. It was nice to have someone else look at what I was going through and be like Yeah It Makes Sense Why You’d Feel Like That
