If I'm suffering from stage 2 hypertension simply due to poverty related stress (which is an unreasonable force) you can't expect that to be cognitively reasoned with, it's futile
Mental health nurse recommended I do CBT again and I'm like how many times do you want me to do this the reason I'm fucked is cause the cost of a fuckin apple is more than a diamond, give me a extra £100 a week
