You’re right that democrats aren’t a monolith but it’s a damning sign when the president I voted for (and was favored by the democratic establishment) was complicit in keeping the Epstein files covered up. There are good apples in the tree but the roots are diseased.

It has come to my attention that maintaining a ruleset designed by pedophiles to benefit pedophiles is actually a good thing. We need rules and must always uncritically accept whatever rules we place on ourselves and never once question them. Rules are immutable and unquestionable. oomfs take note!

It has come to light that I value the conviction of pedophiles over the maintenance of norms and policies that protect pedophiles. Let me clarify and say that anyone who is complicit in covering up pedophiles’ crimes is unequivocally evil and I do, in fact, hate them.

Please reread my post. Did I mention “both sides are bad?” If you had cared to think critically, you might have realized that I was criticizing my party for allowing pedophiles to walk free, which is actually different than saying both sides bad. Words do have meaning, believe it or not.
