I wouldn't have thought any of the traits are normally distributed and in a sample that size I would imagine that they are skewed to I wouldn't take z scores. My guess is that with a random sample 80% - personal opinion only!

A bit of a dreich day for the arrival of our students today. This afternoon we have the formal opening of the academic session with receptions for those are dropping their loved one(s) off into our safe hands.
