Talking to my buddy who’s had operations on his back & shoulder this year. Historically he employs his cleaning lady’s husband to help around this yard. After the storm this weekend he wouldn’t come over until after dark & didn’t bring his teenage son to shovel snow.

I’m so happy about the adults my children are becoming- my youngest is in TX/DFW for a wedding until Sunday & I texted him this am suggesting he might look into rebooking for Tuesday- he comes back w/ we’re in ATL and catching a 1050 to JFK.
