CRITTENDEN COUNTY, Ark. — A 35-year-old Tennessee man faces multiple felony charges after Arkansas State Police said he led troopers on a high-speed pursuit Halloween night in Crittenden County, reaching speeds up to 120 mph in a stolen vehicle. According to a probable cause affidavit written by Arkansas State Police, the incident began around 9 p.m. on Oct. 31 when a trooper saw a southbound Toyota Corolla speeding on Interstate 55 near the 34-mile marker.

JACKSON COUNTY — A woman was arrested on multiple charges after Arkansas State Police say she refused to stop during a low-speed pursuit that ended with a tactical vehicle intervention on Interstate 57. According to a report from Trooper Grayson Russell, the incident began around 10:56 a.m. on Oct. 24 as he was patrolling State Highway 367 near the intersection of Highway 18.

CONCORD, Ark. — A police chase from last month ended with a suspect arrested for fleeing and other charges in Cleburne County. At about 1:50 p.m. on October 3, officers were requested to help serve a warrant on Ricky Brock at 360 Cooper Road. JONESBORO, Ark. — Today, former officer Joseph Tucker Harris pleaded guilty to Filing a False Police Report (D Felony) and Battery in the Third Degree (A Misdemeanor) arising from an August 9, 2024, incident involving detainee Billy Coram.
