a year or so ago i decided to actively embrace, rather than cover, the plethora of new silvery greys on my head

partially as a way to reject our anti-aging culture. partially bc i’m around to even see them, reminding me my depression didn’t win. partially bc i just think they look cool lol

ig i’m shouting this into the ether bc, despite feeling v secure in this relationship, it *is* still a little scary for me to transition away from solo-poly! and i’d love to hear from any poly folks with similar experiences :)

the transition from being staunchly/happily solo-poly to this has been odd for sure! i used to think i never wanted to live with a romantic partner again. i enjoy my space, freedom, and introverted “alone time.” but my partner understands all of that and wants to make that happen for me and us :’)

my primary partner bought a house!! and i’m going to move in with them and we’re both so excited about it!

my friends and i said goodbye to our sweet old man baby today. Genesis/SoftBoi/PePaw/Genepiss Marie, i hope that wherever you are you’re catnapping comfortably. you were the sweetest, most polite gentleman, smarter than you let on, and a goddamn goofball. you are cherished. you are missed. 💔

It should be obvious that humans are better than AI at determining patient history, leading to more accurate diagnoses. But mom’s shared enough for me to know some MPs would absolutely believe AI over any nurse. Ugh.
