My fave superbat Mer!AU (Salinity by Batman_in_Lingerie) updated a little while ago so of course I re-read the entire thing and then got inspired to sketch some Blue because I love him sm - in time for Mermay too!

I’m gonna paint at least one of these but have the sketches in the meantime

Breaking in my bsky account by cross posting from tumblr my latest comic from the Bruce has a symbiote!AU ft. pre-Robin!Dick meeting his new housemate in the worst way possible. The symbiote’s name is Vengeance #dccomics #batman #dcrobin
Page one of a two page comic. A sleeping Bruce Wayne is overtaken by a symbiote who sits up in bed, leaves the room and sneaks downstairs, waking a young Dick Grayson, who follows it. Page two of a two page comic. A young Dick Grayson peers into the kitchen of Wayne Manor, where a symbiote (Vengeance) is having a midnight snack of chocolate bars in the pantry. Dick turns on the light, sees the monster and screams, which prompts the monster to retreat into Bruce Wayne’s body with a “pop!”, dropping the chocolates. Bruce, now awake, yells “Vengeance!” in anger at the symbiote’s behaviour
