@TomCottonAR -Boat survivors attempt to turn over capsized boat (supposedly blown in 1/2) to retrieve drugs (while sitting/standing on it); 1 took off shirt (to get a tan?!); waved at airplane (so drug trafficking partners, not anyone, will rescue them). Really?!
