Its a story where Eddie is a trickster and he happens upon a carnival? Maybe for Halloween. Everyone is dressed up and Eddie makes it so everyone changes into their costumes. Steve becomes a woman, Robin becomes a man, the party turns into care bears.

It's post-canon and it spans over multiple years. I don't remember the start of it very well, but Steddie start hooking up in secret. At some point, not sure if it was because of the bad rep or because he got a job opportunity, Eddie moves away.
