The Cathedral Tower will glow pink and blue from 9–15 October for #BabyLossAwarenessWeek, recognising the impact of pregnancy and baby loss, the crucial role of bereavement support, and the ongoing work to improve pregnancy outcomes and save babies’ lives.

Today, the Cathedral was host to the County Harvest Festival and Harvest Torch! 🥕🍠We were joined by cattle, combines and cans of produce! A big thank you to all those who came along to services today and donated food to our local foodbanks.

Yesterday we launched our 2026 Dogs in the Cathedral Calendar! We were joined by some of our models and had a lot of chaotic fun in the Cathedral. We listened to your feedback and this year's calendar is a wall calendar - you can get yours in the Cathedral Shop for just £10.00!

On Sunday, the Cathedral hosted the Diocesan 'Called Together' Service with the Licencing of Lay Ministers. Please pray for those who were admitted, welcomed and licensed and for the parishes they serve, that they may grow in the knowledge and love of God.

We celebrate Harvest on Sunday 5 October. The 10.30 am Eucharist will be an All-Ages service for Harvest with young people helping to lead. The County Harvest Festival service will then take place here at the Cathedral at 3.30 pm with activities beginning at 11.00 am.
