for Canada people—I am definitely aware of the current Canada post strike. Since most of my items are pre-orders, they will not be shipping for some time. If the strike is ongoing when I am ready to ship, I will ship via UPS🫡

to my Etsy buyers, if you are still running into the issue of an item doubling the shipping, I have opened up the “request a custom order” option on my shop. This allows me to still collect any VAT information I need for international sales but still ensure shipping price remains accurate on my end🫡

all etsy shipping overcharges have been refunded!

I reached out to them to try and figure out why it kept happening with orders containing large prints specifically and well. the bullshit ai chatbot was not very helpful! so I will be continuing to troubleshoot that 🙃

just as a heads up if etsy has charged you extra for shipping I will be going through and refunding! (and trying to figure out why this always happens)
