Pt3.
So today I gave the top half a coat of Citadel’s Warp Lightning contrast paint, then a dry brush of Moot Green, while I gave the legs a wash with a fresh bottle of Nuln Oil. Windows were given their first coat of Gehenna’s Gold and white bits first coat of Ulthan Grey. #Battletech

So far they’ve had two thin coats of GW Leadbelcher and à thinned wash of Basilicanum Grey. In an hours time they’ll be hit with a dry brush of Necron compound

So as I have a quiet house this week, I’ve set myself a little challenge of “Can I paint these three ‘mechs in Clan Jade Falcon Omega Galaxy colours, before Friday?” as I’ll be using them then, in game 3 of a #battletech scenario I’m playing against @jodrell.org

The only one I can half remember was one that happened when I was 10-ish (?), all I can remember is that it was a sci-fi/space/future adventure, which was exciting, fun, happy, and I got shot just before I woke up……

When they do these tie-in sets, are they an expansion to the existing game, or a new game with an identical rules but some of the terminology changes?
So mana becomes anti-matter, wood changes to duranium etc.
