Perhaps they should rename the Streisand Effect the Sinema Effect.

After all, Kyrsten Sinema basically took the Chandler AI data center project from undercovered and likely to happen to dead as a doornail.

When Kyrsten Sinema spoke in favor of an AI data center at an Oct. 16 Chandler City Council meeting, she failed to mention she was there as a paid lobbyist.

Now, Sinema may have created an opposition she hoped to avoid.

When the ex-senator threatened Chandler over a data center, she was working as a paid lobbyist. She might suck at it.

NEW: Emails show Maricopa County Sheriff Jerry Sheridan fielded a request from ICE to house detainees in county jails.

In one, Sheridan lamented a federal court order that prevents MCSO from partnering with ICE.

Emails reveal that Kyrsten “Revolving Door” Sinema has been lobbying for an AI data center in Chandler since at least June. She likes to diss NIMBYs, but her comments to the city council pissed them off big time, records show.

As a resident of #Portland it is impossible to capture how unhinged this is. We are a low crime city and the ICE protest "siege" consists of one auxiliary ICE office that normally has at most a dozen weirdos debating what performance art they should use to block a single driveway

I know older people were conditioned to pick up the phone when it rings; I was well into my thirties when cell phones became ubiquitous. But that's a habit you really should unlearn.

When the phone rings, look at the caller ID. If it isn't someone in your phone directory, hit "ignore".
Gift link. This is one are where I think we need the federal government to take a much heavier hand. Like "stringing these guys up by their balls" heavy handedness.
