30 years today since I became a wheelchair user. I think about this accident pretty much everyday. And every time I see the photo of 16 year old me I want to give him a cuddle and tell him it will be ok.

Normalize being proud of the book you wrote even if it didn’t sell the way you hoped.

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is an unreal watch. So good. Didn't expect to look away as much as I did. Didn't expect to laugh as much as I did. Ralph Fiennes ramps it up to a 100% in a good way.

I'm starting to realise this place is my spa day. There's always a release when the needle starts. Anyone else find getting a tattoo weirdly relaxing?

I've just had a positive ADHD diagnosis. I was first quoted seven years for an NHS wait times, and then went via Right to Choose. Once that happened the process was pretty speedy with Care ADHD. Also was assured by how thoughtful and thorough the process seemed.

I'm increasingly becoming put off watching Premier League football. But I love and miss watching football live. So today on a visit to see mum, I've come to watch Taunton Town v Havant and Waterlooville at tier 7. Lovely stuff.

Went to watch Radio 4's Any Questions tonight. Didn't get to ask my question but would have asked.

Sewage discharges into UK rivers and coastal water are at an all time high. What more can be done to end sewage pollution and make our waterways clean and safe for everyone?
