Out with the wife looking at one of our resident (and often heard but rarely seen) barn owls this lovely calm evening.
We are so lucky to have a pair of barn owls in the trees close to our house on the farm..we finally got to see one of the them close enough tonight to take a photo..we can often hear them screeching... #birds #falklandislands #owls

#Camouflage ... expert level - a baby #oystercatcher ran off the track in front of our vehicle and hid on the beach pretending to be a #rock!

Everything on the #farm is looking lush and green at the moment with all the rain there has been this Spring. Nice to see it all looking good - the last few years have been terribly dry.
