Russian troop gatherings were hit in Kalynivka (occ Zaporizhzhia) + Berezove (Dnipropetrovsk)

So I guess they did meet earlier for the obligatory photo op, but Marco skipped out on the more important meeting with Zelenskyy and EU leaders about Ukraine. He probably doesn't want to face them knowing we're going to sell them out.
