More encouraged and positive than I have any right to be after a 116th minute equaliser.

Travis and Johnston look big upgrades, we held our own against a promotion favourite and were the better side for at at least half the game.

We’re definitely improving. COYR!

Will be genuinely sad when Kane Wilson leaves.

He's 25 and too good for League 2, but also has a unique style which was a joy to watch when he was on it.

Spending £13m+ this window means departures like were inevitable, though.

I'll miss those Buffalo Slaloms up the right!

Not gonna cast judgment on our season in August, but after two capitulations and shipping 8 goals… these returning players are already under a lot of pressure to deliver.

Very real chance we’re bottom three at the international break.

Andi Weimann on his first Derby spell:

'It wasn't the best part of my career. I played better at other clubs so I've probably got a point to prove.

'When I came here it was harder than I thought. I wasn't played in my position - through the middle is my strength. I thin I've improved as a player.'

Carlton Morris having a medical then (as per John Percy)

Hit double figures in the Prem in 23-24, but has consecutive relegations and is 29.

What we reckon…?

This was absolutely wonderful! So glad you got to talk to them Chris. It was quite nice to hear Brian still call me a "young man" even though I am 35 now 🤣. Where do I sign the petition to let them do a team talk next season?!?

Mendez-Laing was one of the biggest contributors to the L1 rebuild.

Charlton away, the epics limbs of Port Vale and Cambridge, to name just three match-winning moments.

Sad to see him go but it was time to move on. He’ll annihilate League Two.

Thanks for the memories NML!
