I thought that was a nice chat between Elizabeth and Michael. A little one-sided maybe, but him saying that he admires her. Her offering him advice. It mimicked a real conversation. And I like seeing her interact more with the cast than when she was stuck with the two anchors from 2016-24. #GH

Sidwell has become a delightful villain to me. He’s an asshole, but the world is full of those. And you need a few of them to keep everyone else on their toes. The trick is to be entertaining. He is. #GH

The thing about Curtis is that he couldn’t pass for a bump on Shawn Butler’s ass. I know I’ve said this before, but it’s something I’ll be a broken record about. Shawn was multi-layered, had the look and strut of a serious man, was loyal, and more than just a sanctimonious ass. #GH

Never thought I’d see Bama playing basketball on the Chicago Bulls’ court when I was watching Michael Jordan on TV in the 90s. The same logos, design, lettering, etc. Feels sort of dystopian. Live long enough, and all that.

Larger point here is that some need to step away from the internet. I do it often, hence the flower pics, sunsets, nature views. People wake up, and the first thing they do is stare at their phones, searching for what strangers are saying about them. Then they wonder why they’re so miserable. /rant
I feel nothing for this man over this.
1.) Tell your daughter not to go looking for nasty comments. It’s called having a life outside your phone screen.
2.) He can leave the show anytime, or simply ask #GH to tone down the vile things Drew does. We all know he’s one of their pets.

The Oklahoma fans I met at Bryant-Denny and on campus were very nice and classy. Also met some friendly folks from Northwestern in town yesterday to support the Wildcats’ soccer team. Can’t win em all and I hadn’t seen us lose here since LSU in 2007.

I had doctor’s visit No. 89,224 (unofficially) today and met the sweetest nurse. She had an interesting name and proceeded to tell me it was short for a “soap opera character.” As it turns out, her mother named her after Carly when Sarah Joy Brown was on #GH.

When Elizabeth heard that Lucas was moving into Windermere, it would have been nice to hear her talk about her own unique history relative to that place. Instead they didn’t give her a word about her history with the castle or island. Not surprising. #GH
