A long time ago, during my annual review, my manager tried to encourage me to go into management. I never did. Look at the different technical areas of GIS, but don't get stuck in a niche. Better to be a generalist with a wide range of skills. #GISchat

I did my best to stay in technical and stay out of management. It worked. I would rather work with data than people. My advice, is to know what you like best and pursue that. #GISchat

You're welcome. I maintain a few files where I can copy and paste my repeated posts and repeated reports. This reduces typing and saves a lot of time. These files were recently reorganized using some automation.
