I don't know. I just wrote them a letter and said basically what I posted here, but with private info. At the end I told them "...actually read my case file BEFORE sending me a notice like that, and scaring the holy shit out of me! You about gave me a F'ing heart attack!!"

I agree with you about stalkers! My own experience was traumatic for me. Mine texted me pictures, taken of me around town! The courts granted me a 5yr PO. He'd purposely stood just outside the limit and watched me outside. Cops couldn't do anything about it. Sad.🥹

This is NOT a lie. I just received notice from DHHS that I no longer qualify for Medicare. Reason: not disabled.

Yes I am Disabled, & have been since 2002

I COLLECT SSDI! I report my income source. It's noted in the file!
