Gonna put a hold on art for the weekend to get her back to feeling more herself and to get my headspace sorted.
Really messed with me yesterday that she was already spayed.
I've had her as a stray since at least 6 months and shes never had a scar anywhere to show it.

Calliope is doing okay today, she's just doing her best to relax and heal.
Gotta keep an eye on her constantly until she gets totally over some of the drugs.

They gave me a discount since she was already spayed somehow.
Now she wears the cone of shame until her scar heals.
She's doing alright, thanks again for everyone who commissioned to help have her appointment.

So... Somehow she was already spayed?
They did pre checks and found no scars looking around after the shave.
So they put her to sleep, opened her up and then closed her up again.
