I would try to finish it before then, but I have the longest show translation I've ever had to translate (Wrestle Princess) to work on as well as the longest press conference I've ever had to translate (22k characters combined...), so I'm prioritizing getting caught up, first

Tanka follow a 5-7-5-7-7 mora pattern in Japanese, but when I translate them into English, I tend to go for a 3-5-3-5-5 or a 4-5-4-5-5 because modern haiku experts believe that a 3-5-3 or 4-5-4 syllable pattern is a more accurate representation of a 5-7-5 mora poem in Japanese
