She can also act as a hiding spot for Arnold, similar to the vents, by pulling him up into the inner wall through the tube shaft she's currently occupying. The opening is shallow, though deep enough to hide just out of sight.

Ballora is confined and you can only interact with her when close enough to an opening. Due to the restraint, naturally she is similar to a sound lure being both helpful and harmful in Arnold's endeavors.

Ballora will activate when you restore power to the Big Top showroom. Her first appearance is on the balcony of the showroom, where she both frightens and introduces herself to Arnold, and presents her job description.
