Guess what I watched last night! Made this LIVE on the Sketch Up! show last night in ~2 hours. Loved the movie, & especially fun figuring out what I was going to draw during it. Happy Halloween!

Annoyed at the limited release and might miss it.
I'm currently on hiatus preparing for Part Three, but you can read Returned Part One & Two at ReturnedComic.com! PDF and book copies are also available in the store. #horrorwriterschat
My favorite character from Returned is the kid, Ragno. He goes from seeing parents as heroes, to being his own hero. He has the most growing to do during the course of the book and comes into his own. They are visiting me to yell at me for making this happen in the first place. #horrorwriterschat
QUESTION FOUR

There’s a knock at the door.

Before you can answer it, the door opens and reveals…your favourite character. They are your creation.

Who is visiting you?
Why are they your favourite?
And why are they here, now?

If I must include something else in my clean room. Inspirational books include LotR, & Harrow County by Cullen Bunn and Tyler Crook, I'll include a picture of the Dark Souls box (Games are dangerous), and Return of the Living Dead 3. #horrorwriterschat
QUESTION THREE

The room includes the media that inspires your writing.
Books. Films. Music. Art.

Share four that inspired your last published horror work or your latest horror WIP.

I suppose I will add a couple things to my writing setup. Perhaps a squishy ball. As mentioned I use Scrivener on the iPad for writing, and it's usually something I do at a library in real life. An iPad vs pc or laptop helps with distraction. #horrorwriterschat
QUESTION TWO

We stand before your writing area #HorrorWritersChat

Which three tools (apps? Items? objects?) do you find useful when writing?

Are there any you’d recommend to other writers?

The stranger the better...
HI! I'm Jason Strutz. Welcome to my completely white room with a solitary fancy carved wood table & wide-seat cross legged chair. There is nothing in the desk drawers. There is only an iPad and keyboard, and the iPad can only run Scrivener. If I try anything else, it explodes. #horrorwriterschat
QUESTION ONE - #HorrorWritersChat

Behind this door is your ideal writing room. 🚪

If money were no object and dreams were reality, this is where you’d write, relax, and conceive of your next great work.

Introduce yourself along with your horror niche, then open the door and describe your space.
My car is manifesting something wonderful. Hedwig and the Angry Inch now starring Stephen Fry.
Javits center? More like Da Pits Center amirite?
Last Day of Late Pledges for Returned Part Two! Going to print next week, and then we're locked in!
