Used to put water on fires, now ride my bike in between watching Everton, the former was more enjoyable than the latter

The club were offering anyone who took part in the sleepout last night up to four complimentary adult tickets for tomorrows game, don’t know how many have taken up the offer but there was around 160 of us there last night.

5 bells was a bit early wasn’t it and who knew the acclaimed stadium acoustics would help amplify the snores 😂
Listening to the stories from Mo and Zara beforehand was quite humbling and shows the huge benefits of programs like Home is where the Heart is.

Thanks Tom, just heard some stories from two young people that have directly benefited from the EitC program, really inspiring stuff. I can easily take a night sleeping in a footy ground compared to what some of these people who are faced with homelessness are going through. 💙

Saw this on the other place, either Jez is on the wind up or he’s never watched Pickford. Ridiculous stuff

Queuing for free scran, kiosk queues are to be expected at this place 😂

Sleepout night at the HD!

Great finish in the Scotland game 👏🏻

Sad news this, think the team couldn’t with her captaincy at the mo.

Cheers mate much appreciated. Only did it the once, last season, my lasting memory is the fella a few rows in front who snored for a solid 6 hours then loudly proclaimed at 5 bells how he hadn’t slept and what a terrible nights kip 😂

With a break in the footy why not donate the money you would have spent on a ‘turns everything it touches to blue’ Everton donut and support the EitC sleepout this Friday when me and a load of other fools will be spending the whole night in the Lower South Stand at Hill Dickinson. Thanks!

The one in the North West corner upper concourse has been open the last two games selling merch, not a lot like but it has been open
stuartguy.bsky.social
There’s no truth in the rumour that I’m only doing the EitC sleepout at HD this Friday so I can say I’ve had free scran in the ground 😂

I did hear yesterday that someone who goes home and away challenged a member of TFG at a recent women’s game over the pricing strategy an was told it’s under consideration

From the other place, having looked at the prices at their shop in Parkgate it’s no surprise they’re charging fans £13 for this on the Plaza

I’ve come in from the garden and the Mrs was watching it, my exact comment was “what the hell are you watching, that’s a bit inappropriate for daytime tv” 😂

The left hand section looked similarly empty against West Ham

Heated gilet, the statement garment of choice for the discerning gentleman!

Nice touch being able to watch the Everton Women’s game on the concourses yesterday. 👍🏻

Has always been the case with Merseyrail, utter stupidity and when questioned about it during the launch of the Metro card thing Rotheram just brushed over it. Even the £50 reduction if paid within 21 days is OTT.

Hope the fella who had collapsed in the north end of the upper concourse before the game is ok. Enough medics around him so hopefully he’s ok.

The lack of viable strikers is a huge concern, Barry isn’t a kid he’s 23 this month. Beto is just, meh.
Huge problems for dithery Dave to sort out

Think it was just yesterday although if you venture round to the Western Terrace it will defo be bracing to say the least! 💨

This means you don't have to “move on” or forget; your grief remains, but with your strength, it weighs less on you.
Look after yourself and take as long as you need to process the last few months.
