Right my brain has decided to be cruel to me today, I'm feeling a bit detached and unloved. Also this week is going to be an incredibly tough one for my family so I can't imagine I'll find it easy to engage on here so it's time a sabbatical. See you on the flip side.

It was 'bring a parent' day to my daughters Acro Dance class today. I thought it would just be watching.
It was not.
I've been doing back bends, stretches, Roly polys and cartwheels.
