One of my go-to spots is the Mennonite Farm market just up the road. I've been making it a point to stop by almost every week. Sadly, it's still too early in the season to pick up much except for pansies. But… Just take a look at this gorgeous red ranunculus plant, isn't she lovely?

I created a window growing system by taking an open shelf organizer unit for over top of a commode out of storage and added acrylic sheets of plastic from picture frames that I wasn’t using. The sheets of plastic gives me access to each shelf individually. I added a grow light on top of course.

I love an old fashioned pizza casserole. It’s simple to make and yields many portions. I love using mini pepperonis within the casserole, but they expensive lately… so I started doing a quick dice on standard pepperonis and it works out just fine. #Foodie #Easydinner #Familyfavorite
