I love my favorite problematic lil characters. I love putting them through the worst imaginable torture and then wrapping them with blankets. They truly have the most room to grow and that’s what makes them so much more compelling :)

I think there’s something about drawing a weird deer in the woods every so often that feels paramount to being a fantasy/speculative fiction artist
