these past few days ive had a weird feeling of dread abt something happening, something did happen and i feel like half of the dread is lifted but theres still allot. i lost a friend cus of smth that is visually not my fault but i dont know so... well what else is next?

i feel like i need to stop basing my emotions too much around other people and how THEYRE feeling. i need to believe in myself i guess
