Last night I did something I've should've done a long time ago: change mattresses. I didn't realize how much my old one was falling apart. It's not even worth donating. A little more space to move around at night and more comfortable.

Too much on my mind (thinking about my future, frustration with politics, and bad sports teams) to fully relax. It's hard to fall back asleep after sunrise. My body just won't feel tired again until about mid-afternoon, when I go to work.

I'm similar. I want to sleep 7-8 hours but I get stuck at 6. Once it hits 6:30 am, I'm no longer tired enough to sleep.
