Trump clearly does not understand how insurance companies spread catastrophic risk, across a large segment of the population. He’s also going to force consumers to negotiate prices directly with doctors and hospitals? This isn’t capitalism, it’s stupidity.

The problem here is technically, she is correct. SCOTUS has ruled that only Congress, through the impeachment process, has the ability to determine whether an order is illegal or illegal. Therefore, the issue becomes political rather legal. If an insurrection didn’t meet the standard, what does?

This was more than an ERROR. This was an intentional criminal attempt, through fraud, to get an indictment. I agree with former White House Counsel Ty Cobb, that anyone involved in this prosecution should be disbarred and indicted.
